Jenison Cooper - Miss Warner Robins 2006

Jenison is the 21-year-old daughter of Joseph and Gina Cooper of Centerville. She attended Houston County High school where she graduated in 2003. She then attended Middle Georgia College in Cochran, where she obtained an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Jenison is currently a senior attending the University of Georgia where she is a Marketing and Education major. She is a Dean's List student, Merit list scholar, and HOPE scholarship recipient.

This June, Jenison will represent the greater Houston County area as Miss Warner Robins 2006 in the 62nd annual Miss Georgia Scholarship Pageant (a preliminary to Miss America). She is an advocate for Reading Education and promotes a platform of "Reading: The Basis of All Education," through a national organization First Book. Jenison is co-chair for the University of Georgia's First Book advisory board, where she collects funds and books for at-risk children in the Athens-Clarke county community. After graduation, Jenison would love to work at the National level with First Book and develop marketing plans to enhance the vision of their mission.
